The middle school years are important transition years for students. Students in grades 6-8 are preparing themselves for High School, taking on more responsibilities, balancing extra-curricular activities with their studies, and sharpening their minds. At Heritage, middle school classes are geared towards establishing three main aspects of education:

Middle School Class Supply List (Grades 6-8) - 2024-2025
Like all schools, Heritage provides many of the supplies students will need day-to-day and throughout the year. From textbooks to art supplies to handouts, the school’s resources provide necessary curricular materials. However, at the start of the year, basic individual supplies — from pencils/pens to college-ruled paper to erasers — are the responsibility of the families to provide.

Middle School Class Supply List (Grades 6-8) - 2023-2024
Like all schools, Heritage provides many of the supplies students will need day-to-day and throughout the year. From textbooks to art supplies to handouts, the school’s resources provide necessary curricular materials. However, at the start of the year, basic individual supplies — from pencils/pens to college-ruled paper to erasers — are the responsibility of the families to provide.

Personal Student Supplies
- Bible – New King James Version only, please
- 2” three ring binder with pockets - NO zipper binders
(see Amazon list for specific required item) - College-ruled notebook paper (approx. 400 sheets)
- ¼ “ Graph paper (approx. 100 sheets)
- 3 composition books
- #2 Pencils
- 2 black dry erase markers
- 2 White erasers for art box
- Calculator with square root and exponent functions
- 1 three ring zip pouch (must fit in three ring binder NO pencil boxes)
- 1 pkg 6 multicolor plastic pronged folder with pockets (see Amazon list for specific required item)– green, blue, yellow, purple, orange, red
Classroom Supplies
- 1 white eraser (art box)
- 1 8-12 pkg color markers (art box)
- 1 fine tip black Sharpie (art box)
- 1 hand size flat rock (art box)
- 2 glue sticks (classroom supply)
- 3 pkgs disinfecting wipes (classroom supply)
- 2 full size boxes of tissues(classroom supply)
- 2 packages plastic forks (lunchroom)
- 2 packages plastic spoons (lunchroom)
- 150 paper plates NO STYROFOAM (lunchroom)
- Headphones (computer class)
- Earthquake kit (see attached form)
Home/ Locker Supplies
- 6 pkgs 3x5 cards (in locker)
- 1 ruler (at home)
- 1 protractor (at home)
- Colored pencils (at home)
P.E. clothes:
- Black athletic shorts No shorter than 2” above knee/ loose black sweats are okay
(NO RUNNING SHORTS OR SPANDEX /YOGA PANT ITEMS)] - Gray or black crew neck t-shirt
- Athletic running shoes-these remain at school
