How to Enroll at Heritage

We encourage parents to visit our school before deciding to enroll their student. To reserve a time for a private tour with the principal, call the school office at 253.564.6276 during school hours (7:30 am-4:00 pm) Monday-Friday, or email the office.

The process for enrolling a student at Heritage is as follows:

    TOUR HERITAGE

    Meet the principal and your student's teacher to ensure Heritage will be a good fit for your family.

    APPLY

    Use the button at the top right corner of our website to complete the online application and enrollment through FACTS. 

    There is a registration fee and enrollment fee prior to acceptance:

    Registration Fee (per student):

    • New Applicants $22 
    • Returning Students $11

    Enrollment fees (per student):

    • $325 - Elementary student (PK-5)
    • $425 - Secondary student (6-8)
    • $925 - Family maximum

    The enrollment fee will be returned if your student is not accepted to Heritage.

    TEST

    The office will schedule a time for placement testing to ensure that Heritage is a good fit for your student. This test covers the general knowledge we require of HCS students before they are promoted to the next grade. 

    • Remit one check for the New Student Testing Fee ($80) to be paid at the time of the testing.

    INTERVIEW

    Interview the principal! This is an opportunity to ensure Heritage is a good fit for you and your family and vice versa. This usually happens at the same time prospective students are taking the New Student Placement Testing.
